Home brewing usually means a propane burner, a wort chiller, a fermentation fridge and a very patient housemate. The F1 collapses all of it into one countertop box: drop in a single-serve ingredient keg, pick a recipe in the app, and its dual-chamber temperature control runs the fermentation for you. When it is done the machine carbonates the batch itself, so what comes out is already fizzy, and a self-clean cycle handles the part everyone hates. Beer, cider, kombucha and sake all run through the same slot — the ingredient keg is what changes, not the process. It is the first time the whole hobby has fit into something the size of a microwave.
