The E11 prints on thermal label tape, so there is no ink, no toner and nothing to dry out between uses. You compose the label in the app, preview it, and print in a few seconds over Bluetooth. That makes short work of labelling storage bins, cable runs, network ports, spice jars, breaker panels and school supplies, and the machine itself is small enough to live in a drawer. Tape comes in a range of widths and colours, and labels are reasonably resistant to water and smudging.
