Put ingredients into the chamber and the AIChef looks at them: a 12MP camera plus Heimann infrared thermal imaging, running on an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, works out what they are, picks a recipe from more than 1,000 dishes and then holds the heat to within about 3F on its own. Between them those parts cover what a microwave, steamer, oven, slow cooker and skillet would otherwise do, and it learns your taste from a simple perfect, overcooked or undercooked tap after each meal. Everything runs on-device, so your dinner habits stay in the kitchen.
