Camp cooking has a fixed footprint problem: your grill is the size it is, whether you are feeding two people or eight. GrilTi EVER applies Lego logic. One 1.5kg unit packs down to 8 millimetres thick, slots together without a single bolt in about thirty seconds, and gives you two zones — an open grill for steaks and skewers, and a solid titanium plate for searing or setting a pan down. Connect a second or third unit and the cooking area grows with the group, and the load splits between packs on the walk in. Removable side panels act as the temperature control, and the whole thing doubles as a small campfire after dinner.
