BentiX Essential folds out into an inspection ROV small enough to carry in a bag: four vectored brushless thrusters, a 30-metre depth rating, a 1080p camera ringed by three 300-lumen lamps, and a live feed on a dedicated 4.3-inch controller with about three hours per charge. It is 3D-printed in France from epoxy-coated PETG with stainless hardware and designed to be serviced by its owner rather than returned. What is under the waterline stops being a mystery.
